How soon do we see results?

Early movement shows within the first month or two. Commercial results, you can trace back to organic, usually build from month three and compound from there.
What changes the pace is competition and how much groundwork the site needs before it can compete. You will know which of those applies to you in the first conversation we have.

What do you do with reporting?

You get access to our in house built portal from day one. The data updates continuously, and a full report generates on the 3rd of each month, available for you to download.
Our portal covers organic conversions and where they came from, performance broken down by country, how your share of voice compares against the competitors that matter to you, this month against the same month last year, site health with plain explanations of every issue found, your backlink profile, and how much traffic AI assistants are sending you, and much more. The work we are doing sits in the same place, so you can see what has been delivered, and what's next.We run through all changes at the start of a new month also.

How Much Are Your Growth Services?

Between £3k and £5k a month. Where you sit in that depends on what you are trying to grow, how fast, and how competitive the market is.
We work with businesses turning over £200k or more a month, and we cap at 30 clients.

Who will I actually work with day-to-day?

James Nathan and Mark Preston. Both owners of Market Jar, both on the delivery from day one. Strategy, delivery and reporting all sit with us, and stay with us for as long as you are a client.

Are We Locked Into a Long-Term Contract?

No. Monthly rolling, one month's notice.
We plan the delivery across twelve months because that is how organic growth compounds. The commitment stays monthly.

How do you define success, and how often do we review it?

Enquiries and sales you can trace back to organic growth. You tell us what those are worth to the business on the first call, and that is what we report against.
The portal updates every 3 days, so you are never waiting on us to find out where things stand. A full report generates on the 3rd of each month if you want it in one place for key stake holders.

Question 7

If I partner with you, who owns the Google accounts and data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Always. You get full ownership of all Google accounts and data we set up or manage, Analytics, Search Console, Ads, everything. We connect to your systems, not the other way round. You’ll have admin rights from day one and full visibility at all times. If an agency won’t give you control, that’s not a partnership, it’s a red flag. You paid for the work. You keep the keys.
