New customer growth
still feels unreliable

Enquiries come in waves. Paid advertising carries too much weight. The wrong people get in touch. Your team is busy, but it's hard to see what is actually moving the business forward.

More activity is rarely the answer. The problem is usually somewhere between being found, being trusted and being chosen.

The Market Jar Growth Blueprint shows you where growth is getting stuck, what it’s costing you and what to do next.

More activity won't fix a disconnected growth system

Most businesses treat growth as a series of separate jobs.

Website. Content. Advertising. Sales. Customer service. Reviews. Reporting. Referrals.

But customers don't experience those things separately.

They search. They compare. They read. They ask questions. They look for proof. Then they decide whether they trust you enough to take the next step.

If one part is weak, growth suffers.

An unclear message sends the right people elsewhere. Poor visibility means they choose a competitor they can find. Weak follow-up lets good demand go cold. Numbers you can't trust turn the next decision into a guess.

That is why a business can have plenty of website traffic, a good sales team and a healthy marketing budget, yet still struggle to grow with any certainty.

Get clear before you spend more

The Growth Blueprint is a commercial diagnosis for established businesses that want more reliable customer growth.

We look at how your business currently wins customers, where the best opportunity sits, and where potential revenue is leaking away. Then we turn that into a clear, prioritised plan.

Before you commit more money to marketing, paid advertising, a new website or ongoing support, you need clear answers to the questions that matter:

  • Which customers are most valuable to the business?

  • Where can we find more of them?

  • Why are they not choosing us today?

  • Is the issue demand, visibility, message, trust, the website, lead follow-up or sales capacity?

  • What needs fixing first?

  • What is the commercial case for doing it?

You don't get a long report full of observations. You get a clear view of what is happening, what matters most, and a practical route forward.

The commercial opportunity

Before deciding how to grow, we need to understand where growth would create the most value. Where does profitable revenue come from today? Which services, products, customer types or locations are worth more? Where is there capacity to grow? And what would meaningful growth be worth to the business?

There's no standard route to growth.

What is holding one business back may not matter in another.

You may need more ICP customers finding you. You may need to make your offer clearer. You may be getting enquiries, but losing them before they become customers.

The Blueprint finds the issues holding growth back in your business, then sets out what needs to happen first.

The customers worth winning

Which customers create the most value? What are they trying to solve? Where do they look for help? And what makes them trust one business over another?

We identify the customers worth winning, then find what is stopping more of them from choosing you.

From first visit to sale

Does the website make the offer easy to understand? Does it give people enough confidence to enquire, book or buy? And what happens when a good lead arrives?

We find where good prospects hesitate, leave or go cold before they become customers.

Your visibility in the market

Where does relevant demand already exist? Who is taking attention from the customers you want? And which products, services, locations or topics should your business be better known for? We show where the opportunity is, where visibility is weak, and where competitors are getting there first.

The evidence behind your decisions

What do the numbers actually tell you? Can they be trusted? What counts as a useful enquiry, a booking, a sale and a valuable customer? We make sure the business can see what is working, what is not, and where the next decision should be made.

We don’t review these areas for the sake of it. We look for the few things most likely to improve the quality and consistency of your customer growth.

What you will know at the end

By the end of the Blueprint, you will know:

  • Where your strongest growth opportunity sits

  • What that opportunity could be worth

  • Which customers are worth winning

  • Why they are not choosing you today

  • What is holding growth back

  • What to stop, fix and build next

  • What it will take to make a credible difference

The purpose is simple: to make the next growth decision with a clearer view of the opportunity, the cost and what needs to happen first.

How the Blueprint works

The delivery usually takes two months, and that’s deliberate.

A quick website audit can tell you what is visible on the surface. It cannot tell you how the business makes money, what the sales team is seeing, which customers are worth winning or where momentum is being lost.

Month one

Understand what’s really happening

We speak to the people closest to the business, gather the relevant information and test the assumptions behind the current plan.

We review your customers, offer, message, customer journey, website, market demand, competitors, current marketing, lead handling and available data. We also factor in changes on the horizon, such as a new location, new service, rebrand, website rebuild or shift in the market.

Month two

Turn the findings into decisions

We bring the evidence together and set the priorities.

You will see what needs attention now, what can wait, what needs a decision from your team and what level of work is likely to make a credible commercial difference.

No vague wish list. No random list of marketing tasks. A plan built around the order that makes sense for the business.

What you receive

Your Growth Blueprint is prepared in your branding, so it can be used by your leadership team rather than left in a folder after one meeting.

It includes:

01

A commercial growth diagnosis

A clear picture of where the business is now, the gap between current performance and the opportunity, and the pressure points holding growth back.

02

A customer and demand picture

The customer types worth winning, what they need to see before they act and where the business has the best chance of reaching them.

03

A customer journey and conversion review

A view of the path from first discovery to enquiry, booking or sale, including where people gain confidence, hesitate or leave.

04

A visibility and market opportunity review

The services, markets, locations and competitor positions that matter, along with where your business is visible today and where it needs to earn more attention.

05

A measurement review

What the figures can be trusted to tell you, what needs fixing and how you should measure commercial progress from here.

06

A six-month customer growth plan

A prioritised plan that sets out what needs to happen first, what follows, who needs to be involved and what should be measured along the way.

The finished Blueprint is yours to keep, share internally and use. You can continue with Market Jar, use your own team or appoint someone else to deliver the next stage.

Who this is for

The Growth Blueprint is for established businesses with room to grow, but no appetite for spending more until they know where it will have the biggest effect.

It is particularly useful if:

  • You have capacity but not enough of the right customers

  • Paid advertising carries too much of your pipeline

  • Too many enquiries are poor fits

  • Your website and message no longer reflect the business

  • You are launching a new service or entering a new market

  • You are considering a major growth investment

  • You are busy, but unclear what drives revenue

  • New customer growth still feels unreliable

This is not a cheap audit or a quick list of changes.

What we need from you

We get to know the business as it is today. Where revenue comes from. Which customers matter most. What you are trying to achieve. Where growth feels stuck. And what you have already tried.

We'll ask for the information that helps us see the full picture. This may include commercial figures, customer feedback, sales insight, website and marketing data, and input from the people closest to the day-to-day business.

This gives us the context to assess what is happening, where the strongest opportunity sits and what needs attention first.

Nothing is based on assumptions. The Blueprint is built around your business, your customers and your commercial priorities.

INVESTMENT

Growth Blueprint investment starts at £5,000

£5,000 is the minimum investment for a Growth Blueprint.

Larger businesses, or businesses with more moving parts, may need a broader piece of work.

We will agree what is needed, how long it will take and the fixed fee before we start.
