The Client
Gladwin Brothers is a family-run restaurant group known for its wild-food approach and memorable dining experiences.
Their restaurants are built around more than good food. The experience comes from the details: the setting, the story, the service and the small things people notice before, during and after a meal.
That gave the group a clear opportunity. Use the brand more deliberately to make the experience more distinctive and give customers more reasons to remember and return.
The Challenge
Gladwin Brothers had two different opportunities, but they came from the same commercial need.
Rabbit Restaurant wanted to promote its Monday night Bring Your Own Bottle offer in a way that stood out from the usual restaurant post or email. It needed an idea that could catch attention, explain the offer quickly and feel true to the restaurant.
At the same time, the group wanted to make everyday customer touchpoints more distinctive. The water badges needed to reflect the wild-food identity of the restaurants and feel like a natural part of the table experience.
Both projects needed to make the brand more memorable without feeling forced or over-designed.

What results did we achieve?
Rabbit Restaurant launched an animated campaign that gave its Monday night Bring Your Own Bottle offer a clear story and a stronger reason for customers to take notice.
The animation helped the offer stand apart in a crowded restaurant market, bringing more personality to the promotion and giving the team a reusable asset for future marketing.
For Gladwin Brothers, two bespoke water badges were designed and delivered within four days. They turned a basic item on the table into another small part of the brand experience.
Neither project was about design for its own sake.
Together, they gave the restaurant group more distinctive ways to communicate with customers, from the campaign that brings people through the door to the details they notice once they are sitting at the table.
Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism
We treated the customer experience as the starting point.
For Rabbit Restaurant, that meant creating a campaign that made a simple weekly offer feel worth paying attention to. The animation used character, story and the atmosphere of the restaurant to explain the offer without relying on generic promotion.
For Gladwin Brothers, it meant looking at an ordinary customer touchpoint and asking how it could better reflect the wild-food identity of the group. The water badges were designed to work in a real restaurant setting while adding to the story customers experience at the table.
The common thread was simple.
When the brand shows up consistently in the right moments, customers remember it. That makes the restaurant easier to choose, easier to talk about and harder to forget.
