The Client
Le Grand Cros is a Provence wine estate producing award-winning wines since 1989.
But the estate is more than a winery. It hosts weddings, events and guests. It offers accommodation and eco-lodges. It sells wine directly. Each part of the estate can attract a different kind of customer.
The old website did not make that clear. It was dated, French-only and failed to reflect the quality, range or commercial potential of the estate.
The Challenge
People were landing on the site and leaving without understanding what Le Grand Cros offered.
Prospective wedding couples needed to see the venue and understand its capacity. Event organisers needed to see dates and enquire. Guests needed to understand the accommodation. Wine buyers needed a direct route to the estate’s shop.
The website had to bring these offers together without burying any of them. It also needed to work for international visitors, who had previously been excluded by a French-only site.

What results did we achieve?
Le Grand Cros now has one website that presents the full commercial offer of the estate.
Wedding couples can see the venue, ceremony space and marquee capacity for up to 160 guests. Event visitors can view a live calendar and enquire directly. Guests can explore accommodation, including the manor house for 15 guests and the estate’s eco-lodges.
Wine buyers have a clearer route to the estate’s dedicated shop. International visitors can access the site in English, giving Le Grand Cros a stronger way to attract enquiries beyond France.
The estate moved from a website that undersold the business to one that gives each customer type a relevant reason to enquire, book or buy.
Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism
We rebuilt the site around the decisions prospective customers needed to make.
Each part of the estate received its own clear route: weddings, stays, events, wine and eco-lodges. Rather than putting everything on one generic site, we gave each offer the space, story and next step it needed.
The site was built in English first, then adapted into French. That made the estate accessible to the international couples, corporate groups and wine tourists most likely to book.
The new structure reflects how people actually arrive and make decisions. It shows them what is available, why it is worth considering and what to do next.
Results, not promises
