The Client
Nabi London is a contemporary jewellery brand, founded in London and known for handmade pieces sold through its Camden store and online shop.
The business had built a loyal local following after starting life as a weekend market stall on Brick Lane. But online growth had not kept pace with the strength of the brand or the appeal of the products.
Nabi wanted to build a more dependable route to new customers beyond its existing local audience.
The Challenge
Nabi London had an established physical retail presence, but its online store was not attracting enough of the people already searching for contemporary jewellery.
The business wanted to grow monthly online revenue from around £10,000 to £30,000. That meant being more visible for the searches that bring in new buyers and ensuring that visitors arriving on the site had a strong enough experience to become customers.
The opportunity was not simply more traffic. It was to reach a much larger pool of people actively looking for the kinds of products Nabi sells.

What results did we achieve?
Within eight months, Nabi London increased online revenue by 145%.
Organic clicks grew by 1,558%, while organic impressions increased by 908%. The brand gained first-page Google visibility for a range of competitive searches related to its jewellery products.
This gave Nabi a much larger customer base to build from. More prospective buyers could find the brand, discover the product range and make a purchase online.
Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism
We focused on the searches that show real buying intent.
That meant improving the visibility of Nabi’s core product and category pages for the terms prospective customers use when looking for contemporary jewellery. The work helped search engines understand the products, the brand and the relevance of key pages.
But visibility alone would not create the commercial result. The site also had to convert the new visitors arriving from organic search. The work supported a clearer customer journey that made it easier for people to move from discovering the brand to finding the right piece and buying.
The outcome was a stronger organic route to customer acquisition, helping Nabi grow online revenue without relying on paid advertising.
