The Client
Polkadot Projects is a premium refurbishment business working across West London.
The team delivers full refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and decorating for homeowners who care about quality and want their project handled properly.
Before the new site, the business had no central online home. Work came through referrals, WhatsApp and Instagram. That had taken them a long way, but it was not enough to support the next stage of growth.
The Challenge
A serious homeowner needs more than a few Instagram posts before they choose who to trust with a major refurbishment.
Polkadot Projects needed a place to send prospective clients where they could see the standard of the work, understand the service and get a clear sense of how the team operates.
The business also needed to filter out the wrong enquiries. Its best work is full refurbishment projects, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and decorating from £20,000 upwards. The website had to make that clear without becoming cold or overly sales-led.
The goal was simple: turn “I am thinking about doing the house” into “let’s book a site visit and talk numbers”.

What results did we achieve?
The website gave Polkadot Projects a clear home online.
Every serious enquiry can now be sent to one place, where prospective clients can see the services, locations and project standard before they get in touch.
The early impact was clear:
- Enquiries became better qualified because people now understand the business focuses on full refurbishment projects from £20,000 upwards.
- The team’s work in Richmond, Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea became easier to show, helping build trust before the first conversation.
- Sales conversations became smoother because project pages show the type of work, the process and the trades involved.
- The site created a platform for future organic visibility through location pages, project content and case studies.
The website is doing the job it was built for. It supports the price point, filters out the wrong type of work and gives Polkadot Projects a stronger platform for winning the right refurbishments.
Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism
We built the site around the questions a serious refurbishment client needs answered before they make contact.
What type of work do they do? Is this the level of finish we want? Do they work in my area? Have they delivered similar projects? What happens when we speak?
The website answers those questions through clear service pages, location pages and project-led evidence. Instead of asking prospects to piece the business together from social posts and messages, it gives them a structured view of the work and the process.
That has two effects.
It builds confidence among the right homeowners. And it saves the team time by filtering out lower-value or unsuitable enquiries before the first call.
The result is a website that supports better sales conversations and gives Polkadot Projects a foundation for sustained customer growth.
