The Client

Kidzplay is a family-focused soft-play business with locations in Leeds, Harrogate and Shipley.

The business offers play sessions, parties and memberships for local families. It had a strong offer and a real community around each location.

But the website needed to make that easier to see and easier to act on. Parents needed a straightforward way to find the right location, understand the options and make a booking without having to hunt for information.

The Challenge

Parents do not have time to work out a confusing website.

They want to know what is available, when it is on, what it costs and how to book. For a business with multiple locations, sessions, parties and memberships, that needs to be clear from the first click.

Kidzplay needed a website that reflected the energy of the brand while doing the practical work of bringing families into the business and making bookings simple across every device.

What results did we achieve?

Kidzplay launched with a responsive, family-friendly website that brings its locations, play sessions, parties and memberships into one clearer customer journey.

Parents can now find the right centre, explore what is on offer and move through to booking with less friction.

The website also gives Kidzplay a stronger platform for communicating with families across all three locations, helping the business welcome more parents, support repeat visits and grow the community around each centre.

Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism

We designed the website around the decisions parents need to make.

Which location is closest? What can the children do? Is there a suitable session? Can I book a party? Is a membership right for us?

The site structure makes those answers easy to find. Clear navigation, location-specific content and direct booking routes reduce the effort between discovering Kidzplay and making a visit.

The design brings through the playful side of the brand. The structure makes sure it works commercially.

The result is a stronger digital front door for the business, helping local families find Kidzplay, understand the offer and book with confidence.

Results, not promises

We’ve helped clients all over the world to grow their pipeline, and increase their revenue. Here’s what they had to say about working with Market Jar.

The results in this case study started with one conversation about where the business was stuck.

Every partnership begins with a call about your commercial goals, not a pitch about SEO. We'll look at where your customers come from today, where growth is being lost, and whether we're the right partner to change that. If we don't believe we can make a meaningful difference to your revenue, we'll tell you on the call.
