The Client
Pipento is sales-pipeline management software for founders and commercial leaders in growing service businesses.
It was built from a problem we knew first-hand. Sales opportunities were going cold, not because the team could not sell, but because nobody had a clear and timely view of what needed attention.
Most CRM platforms solve that problem by adding complexity. More fields. More workflows. More administration. Pipento takes the opposite approach. It is built around three questions:
Who do I need to follow up with today?
Am I on track?
What is slipping through the net?
The Challenge
Growing businesses need a dependable sales process. But founders and commercial leads are often selling while also delivering work, managing a team and running the business.
That makes follow-up easy to miss. A promising conversation goes quiet. A proposal sits too long. A client nears renewal without a check-in. Revenue does not disappear in one dramatic moment. It leaks out through missed actions and incomplete information.
Existing CRM platforms can help, but many demand too much configuration, training and upkeep before they become useful. The goal for Pipento was to build something that gave business owners a clear view of their pipeline without making them spend their working week updating software.

What results did we achieve?
Pipento became the system we use to run the sales pipelines across our own businesses.
It gives users one view of every active opportunity, including deal value, current stage, last contact, next action and follow-up date. The platform identifies deals that have gone quiet, calculates average sales cycles and highlights when a prospect needs attention before the opportunity is lost.
It also extends beyond the point of sale. When a deal is won, Pipento creates a managed client account, bringing together recurring revenue, renewal dates, account health and check-in schedules.
The result is a practical sales-management tool that helps founders make better decisions about where to focus, protect existing revenue and build a more predictable route to growth. Pipento is built for service businesses that want clarity, not another system to manage.
Nothing leaves Market Jar unless it earns its place.

The Mechanism
We started with the daily decisions that matter most in a service business.
The Tracker gives users a working view of every deal. It shows the stage, value, last contact, follow-up date and next action without forcing them through a complicated setup process.
Pulse acts as the Monday-morning briefing. It shows whether sales activity is building momentum or slowing down, forecasts year-end revenue and flags deals at risk of going cold. Smart follow-up suggestions use the business’s own sales-cycle data to indicate when action is due.
Calendar, reports, contacts, accounts and tasks all support the same commercial job: keep the pipeline moving and make sure valuable customer relationships do not get neglected after a deal is won.
Pipento does not try to be everything. It gives founders and sales leaders the information they need to act, then gets out of the way.
Results, not promises
We’ve helped clients all over the world to grow their pipeline, and increase their revenue. Here’s what they had to say about working with Market Jar.
The results in this case study started with one conversation about where the business was stuck.
Every partnership begins with a call about your commercial goals, not a pitch about SEO. We'll look at where your customers come from today, where growth is being lost, and whether we're the right partner to change that. If we don't believe we can make a meaningful difference to your revenue, we'll tell you on the call.
